House Rules

• Check-in: From 3:00 p.m. Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time.
• Check-out: By 11:00 a.m.

Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel your booking more than 28 days before your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded.
• If you cancel within 28 days of your arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

Damage Policy

• In the event of damage to the property during your stay, you may be charged up to €300 after check-out, in accordance with our Damage Policy.

Children Policies

• Children of all ages are welcome.
• Children aged 3 years and above will be charged at the adult rate.
